The Office of the Controller of Examinations is an autonomous body.It is endowed with well-defined responsibilities and adequate authority to conduct fair and timely examinations (as per the academic calendar of the college) for the UG/PG Courses. The Examination department has been formed to supervise the examination & evaluation process which is headed by the COE. The College is duty bound to conduct examinations and confer degrees on persons who fulfill the requisite qualifications/ conditions. The Examination Section therefore is the backbone of the College. The entire function of examination section is being governed by different provisions of the MSCB University, Baripada. The Controller of examinations shall be the principal officer-in-charge for the conduct of examinations and declarations of their result. He shall discharge his functions under the superintendence, directions and guidance of the examination Committee. He shall be a full-time salaried officer of the college and shall work directly under the direction and control of the Principal. The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Principal for a period of three years.
